“It’s spring fever… you don’t quite know what it is you DO want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!” – Mark Twain
Spring is in the air! We’re coming out of hibernation and preparing ourselves for summer. There have been weekends in the sun – hints that winter is over and although the ski slopes are open for another month, all of a sudden the beach is seeming more appealing. Embracing Spring and preparing ourselves for summer will boost our endorphins, increase our energy and help get us out, about fit and ready to face the new season with a smile! This month you’ve plenty of ideas to get you fit, healthy, organised and out of the house for Spring! Enjoy.
Congratulations to Jackie McKeon who won the book prize for August for her efforts to SUPPORT others. Like many of us she can’t believe that Bears are still farmed for bile and is trekking for two weeks this September to raise money and awareness. Enjoy the book and good luck trekking!
