Spring is here and summer is just around the corner. The days are warmer, longer and we all know when summer arrives we want to looking out best. So here are ’10 Things to bring yourself into Spring…
- Exercise Daily. 20 minutes around the block, the extra bus stop will all help boost your endorphins, your mood and start getting you in shape for summer.
- Drink lots of water. Two litres of filtered water daily will keep you more alert, clean out your system and help get you into shape for summer faster.
- Eat breakfast. The most important meal of the day, will give you energy for the, keep your mind on track and increase your metabolism.
- Eat mainly wholefoods: salad, vegetables, fruit and nuts. The energy you get for the day comes from what you put in your mouth. The more living growing energy you put in the more you will have to exert. (See: Don Tolman Live for FREE)
- Watch your intake of alcohol, coffee, dairy, wheat, sugar, meat and fat. Keep them to a minimum to get into shape faster and feel better. Did you ever wonder why when you mix water and flour together you get glue? Then you add sugar and you get a cake? Where did the glue go? That’s what makes the cake stick to your butt. Watch what you eat!

- Climb the stairs. Instead of the lift take the stairs, the extra effort will make you feel better and help you feel energised for Spring.

- Seize the day. Midweek, weekend, anyday get some time to yourself, write down what you need to achieve and do it!
- Get out! The finals season is here and the weather is warming up so get to a game, go camping or take an outing to the park. Embrace the sunshine it’s a natural cure that helps maintain the health of your body. The Vitamin D prevents many diseases and boosts your mindset.
